Swimming Victoria in conjunction with Swimming Australia, is excited to announce the arrival of Clubs On-Line, a fast, efficient and easy to use online membership and subscription service.Clubs On-line is provided by IMG eCommerce, a global leader in online services to the sport and entertainment industries.

Since the introduction of Swim Online in 2008, our Club has switched from manual processing to full processing on line.All members join online and utlilise the credit card facility.We have almost 350 registered members including competitors, non-competitors, life members and parents. Using Swim Online has reduced the workload for both the Treasurer and Registrar.The Treasurer now has a minimal role in registrations.Previously she was chasing dishonored cheques and invalid credit card numbers.Our Registrar’s workload has halved and information no longer needs to be double handled.The best aspect is no longer having to decipher people’s handwriting, dealing with incomplete forms and having to manage multiple databases.We frequently use Swim Online to email to our members, all of whose details are maintained within the central database; no more fiddling with multiple excel spreadsheets!We encourage and recommend our members to take responsibility to keep their details up to date.Registrations are now far more streamlined and I would recommend all clubs to take advantage of the facilities that Swim Online offers.Swim Online allows volunteers and members to spend more time with their family, relaxing and doing what they enjoy.

I completed my families’ online registration in between school, homework and rushing off to swimming training.

It was quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. I first retrieved our usernames and passwords which came through almost instantly. The instructions were simple to follow. It was great to be able to login and all our details being there already, saving a lot of time by not having to re-enter all our details again
