Therapuetic Use Exemption
- TUE Memo - please read this memo regarding changes as of Jan 1, 2009
- FINA TUE Form (Standard) - Only form required to declare use of medications, return to Swimming Victoria
- FINA TUE Form (Asthma) - Only form required to declare use of asthma medications, return to Swimming Victoria
- IPC TUE Form - to be completed along with FINA TUE Form and returned to Swimming Victoria ( This form is for the IPC )
