Inclusive Swimming Club Audit

The SWD inclusion checklist has been developed to assist your club to identify areas that can be modified or improved to create a more inclusive club community for all members. For your club inclusion strategies may not yet be recognised as an opportunity for development or perhaps your club has thought about it but may not know what the next step is. In this case the checklist will provide a good starting point to thinking about and establishing an inclusive approach. Your club may have inclusive initiatives already in place, that’s great! Completing this checklist might highlight these initiatives and may alert you to other areas that may not have been considered.
