The verdict is in and Victorian Swimming Clubs make up 8 out of the 24 Gold standard clubs in the GO Club PB Program Australia wide. With the GO Club PB successfully running in Victoria for the past few years, There has been a 10% increase in clubs participating in the program to now having 86 clubs involved. To have 33% of the countries Gold standard clubs in Victoria is a great achievement by these clubs and with a further 15 clubs achieving a silver level, 24 bronze, 20 green and 19 entry level clubs, swimming clubs in Victoria are showing the initiative to improve the performances of their club .
The most prestigious standard through GO Club PB is the platinum standard. Platinum clubs consist of clubs that have achieved a gold rating for five consecutive years. Victoria is lucky enough to have two clubs that qualified for this honour with both the Traralgon Swimming Club and TigerSharks Swimming Club receiving a platinum rating. Swimming Victoria wishes to congratulate the club, committees, volunteers and coaches in recognition of this great achievement.
The GO Club PB assists clubs in facilitating their day to day operations, developing programs and services to better serve their members and provide access to information to assist at all levels within the club. Through the program clubs can build an image of their current strengths and weaknesses and compare their results to previous years or for their first time.

Clubs who completed the Go Club PB also became eligible to apply for $5000 worth of equipment through the Club Equipment Grant Program. Through the program clubs were able to apply for any one of the following items:
