Registrations are now open for the 2012 Club Development Conference.

WHO:              President’s, Secretaries and Committee Members from Swimming Victoria affiliated clubs and districts.

Swimming Victoria is proud to host the Club Development Conference at no cost to attendees, to provide leadership, support, resources, education and training to promote improved efficiency, effectiveness and outcomes for swimming in Victoria.

Conference Calander

The Conference aims to educate and train swimming club and district President’s, Secretaries and Committee Members in areas relevant to their needs, and is an opportunity to share successes, ask questions and identify opportunities for organisational development across all levels of swimming.

The Conference boasts a full day program of speakers, workshops and forums. Attendees will hear from two keynote speakers, and attend informative and interactive workshops that will provide them with information and tools to help them manage their swimming club and district effectively.

Workshops at the Club Development Conference will be run concurrently, so it is recommended that at least two people from each club or district attend to gain maximum benefit from the event. Register your attendance online now.

The Conference also provides a valuable networking opportunity. There will be plenty of opportunity throughout the day to collaborate with other swimming clubs and districts, Swimming Victoria staff and Director’s, and industry partners and suppliers.

The Conference is run in conjunction with Swimming Victoria’s Annual Awards Evening (7pm Saturday 21 July 2012) and Annual General Meeting (9am Sunday 22 July 2012), also to be held at Lifeguards@200.
